Cop did nothing wrong...not a racist - gave mouth-to-mouth to Reggie Lewis!

He is a racial profiling specialist, so Obama is accusing him of something he is trained to fight against.

My brain keeps asking itself the same question......
Why is the President commenting on a Disorderly Conduct arrest? There are probably 20,000 DOC arrests every day in this country (black and white) yet this warrants commentary?

"I think it's fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry," Obama said. "Number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home. And number three - what I think we know separate and apart from this incident - is that there is a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately, and that's just a fact."
So? If it's separate and apart from this, then who cares? Why not just mention in your next speech about the economy that separate and apart from the economy, homeless people have no home, and that's just a fact.

Also, I assume nothing like this has ever happened to a white person and that Obamas wouldn't comment if it did.
Damn, so much in this article is so dumb and angers me:
"She recalled the case of Charles Stuart, who caused a citywide manhunt in 1989, when he said a hooded black man shot him and his pregnant wife as they got into their car. The wife died, and Stuart eventually was labeled the killer, but not before a black man arrested on unrelated charges became the prime suspect."
So? Yeah, that fucking sucks, but it is silly to just use things simply because of color at times. If somebody commits a heinous crime and a potential witness says the guy that committed the crime looked like the unibomber, they gon start bringing in white folk with huge beards. Except that wouldn't get the same press because you can't bring that up later on when a black guy gets arrested.

It is absolutely retarded for the president of United States to be making a comment about this and claiming it's a race thing, especially when the cop did nothing wrong. I'd imagine it makes some white Americans kind of uncomfortable that the president took the side of some disorderly guy who got arrested and decided to play the "you're only doing this because I'm black card."

Also I heard on the radio that the cop's partner(who is black) agreed that the arrest should have been made.

I hear Obama also didn't vote Tebow for preseason All-SEC.

Obama needs to keep his mouth shut about things that have nothing to do with him.

Hehe the most remembered moment of a press conference scheduled to address healthcare concerns is Obama letting his prejudices come out.
